Psychometrics

Psychometrics, in its earliest days, was concerned with the theory and technique of psychological measurement. Success Dynamics Singapore uses a form of Psychometrics, known as DISC Analysis that was first described by American psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston. In 1928, he published a book entitled 'The Emotions of Normal People', which began Psycho-metric studies that would teach us how to more accurately predict human behavior.

Through continuing research and Success Dynamics Singapore’s years of work in the field, we have a deep appreciation for the fact that different types of people experience different motivations.

This is the premise of Psychometrics, which has blossomed into a field that helps both managers and employees understand themselves better.
